Firmware release 10637
I have been trying to download and install the firmware released on the 29th August 2016, firmware version 10637.

I have tried to download this via the connectivity kit, via command line ftp from http://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime and via internet explorer / chrome / edge from the same FTP address. For some reason non of these will download the zip file.

Where can I download the firmware from?

Kind Regards,

Steve

Have found the solution it is to download it manually from http://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/...160829.zip

This seems to work in Internet Explorer, no idea why the FTP sight does not work but have updated the firmware now so happy Smile

Steve,
Would you tell me please where you placed the downloaded firmware files on your PC and what process you followed after that. I have likewise downloaded the 2016 firmware files BUT the Connectivity Kit program cannot find them. I placed them in a sub-folder called "Firmware" within the Connectivity Kit program folder. Do you have to do anything to the calculator OR did you just execute the Update option from the Connectivity Kit?
Regards
Chris Bragg
